About Ebrahim Zargari Marandi

Born in 1985 in Tehran, he earned a Ph.D. degree in urban planning from the Faculty of Fine Arts, the University of Tehran in 2019, with a dissertation entitled "Developing a framework for evaluating the legitimacy network of the urban planning system”. His research areas are focused on methods and models of urban planning, planning theories, and sustainable urban regeneration, and so far, published about 20 articles in domestic and foreign scientific journals and national and international conferences in these fields. He is currently the director of the urban planning department of “Urban Planning and Architecture Research center of Iran and teaches at the Islamic Azad University, Tehran North Branch. In addition to academic and professional activities, he has also worked in the field of painting and his works have been exhibited in several domestic and foreign exhibitions, magazines, and books.
