CEURU Aims and Scopes
To achieve our goals, the following measures have been considered for CEURU:
- Redefining new disciplines with an interdisciplinary approach including PhD and postdoctoral courses in accordance with research topics approved by the center to attract outstanding and creative researchers
- Research collaborations with national and international scientific-research organizations and institutes
- Inviting experts and academics from other institutions and organizations in line with CEURU’s goals
- Annual Special Issue of CEURU
- Book and paper Publication
- Authentication of theories and their localization
- Attracting talented students in the urban planning discipline and boosting quality of education with the aim of commitment to the professional community
- Creating research facilities, workshops and policy-making in line with CEURU’s goals
- Creating databases of relevant projects, dissertations, reports and successful experiences
- Holding exhibitions, seminars, and national, regional and international conferences concerning slum upgrading and regeneration
- Providing research programs in line with community issues and problems
- Forming research teams with academic background and originality of science
- Collaboration with different organization in the related fields
- Holding training courses and capacity building in urban management and in line with CEURU’s goals
